Cheap Books!

Everyone that knows me, knows that I love books. Simply adore them. So I'm going to tell you where I get them for a great bargain. There are lots of book websites that sell cheap quality books. A lot of them aren't trustworthy. Not to worry though, I have 3 sites that I love to buy my books from. They're reliable, cheap and have fast shipping. I also have 2 other places to get cheap magazines and textbooks.

First up I have Bookcloseouts.com. They have lots of books at a fraction of the cover price. They also have a scratch and dent section, for books that are $1 instead of say $24. And they have sales all throughout the year. My favorite Section is Health and Beauty. Shipping is cheap and very fast.

Next is awesomebooksusa on ebay. They have a wider selection than bookcloseouts. And their prices are great. You can find lots of books for real cheap.Their books are all pre-owned, so be prepared for dents or scratches.

Or in my case, pictures. One time, I had ordered Victoria Beckham's That Extra Half An Inch.Great book, btw. When I had opened it, 2 pictures of British people fell out.I had recieved a free bookmark. However, shipping is reasonable, depending on where you live and it's fast.

Last is Borders.com. You can buy all the latest books with a click of a mouse. I love borders sooo much. When you buy as many books as I do, it pays to sign up for borders rewards. You get coupons, alerts for future sales and points for money you spend on merchandise. Plus you get free shipping when you send your order to a local store. Free shipping! You can't beat that. They always have great after Christmas Sales and when Waldenbooks was closing, I racked up a ton of points for all the books I bought. I also got calendars for $1 in january.

SECRET TIP: Moleskines are really cheap at the beginning of the year like half the price. And sometimes stationary is on sale. So pick up a few cahiers and sketchbook at 30% off.

Two places to buy cheap magazines and textbooks.

Your local library bookstore: People are always donating magazines and textbooks when they're done with them. You could get a tax writeoff for a big donation!

Thrift Stores: Buy magazines when it's a tag sale or weekend promotion. You can old issues and sell them on ebay. Students also donate textbooks as well.

I hope these tips helped you. Now get out there and rack up some knowledge points.

How To Get Over Being Rejected

This is a petite guide to getting over rejection (or a bad breakup).

So you were rejected by a someone that you really liked. So what! There are plenty of other fish in the sea, trust me. And just because your perfect image of your person is now ruined by the words, "I'm not interested." doesn't mean you will never fall for someone ever again. In fact you just learned something about yourself!

You suck at reading signals. In fact, you now know exactly when a guy is just being friendly (well, in my case).

Basically, if a guy is into you, he's going to tell you. If he's not, then he won't. Simply as that. Because, guys are really simple creatures. Wwe need to stop reading so much into their actions and everything they say. No more obsessing!!

Step 1:

Mope all you want. Cry, scream, and bitch all day long. Write an angry letter and burn it. Eat animal crackers and ice cream. But only for 2 days. That's all you get. Then you have to move on. Remember he's not a huge part of your life anymore.

Step 2:

Find anything that reminds you of him and toss it. That includes things he's given you, things you've bought because of him, and things he's touched, that you've kept.(If you a creeper like that).

Step 3:

Work on yourself. Do something physical to give yourself endorphins. Get a new haircut or color. Change your makeup to something more sexy. Pick up a new hobby. Go to the spa. Get your car washed. Spend an afternoon or weekend dedicated to the new you.

Step 4:

Write in your journal about how you feel about everything. Now write in it every night. If you don't have a journal, buy one. A really nice one, so you'll feel inspired to actually write in it. Be totally honest with yourself. No one's reading it, except for you.

Step 5:

Go out with your friends. Maybe you'll meet someone, maybe you won't. Just being open to new people and experiences will give you a more positive outlook. Just enjoy yourself.

I hope I've helped you in your really shitty time. Remember you are a strong, sexy and empowered woman. Let them hear you roar!!
